3rd March 08 – New Month New Budget

Friday was the last day of February and thanks to my boss getting the drinks in on Friday in the pub, I still have my £19.65 to add on to March’s budget. I’ve set another £200 budget seeing as I managed to keep to it last month, giving me £219.65 to start with.

Saturday-

Mother’s Day Present: £35

Meal in town: Paid for out of the monthly food budget because we had a bit extra that had built up.

Sunday-

Half a bitter: £1.40

Pub Quiz Entry: £1.00

Pub Quiz Bonus Question winnings: +£21.00

(Q. Who was the President of America at the turn on the 20th Century?

A. William McKinley. Assassinated in 1901 apparently)
